The MembaPlus1 Package is broken down into three modules
Private Portal
The Private Portal is available in both the Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition. It gives users access to all the modules and features, but only within the local area network (LAN) vicinity.
Home Portal
The Home Portal is only available on the Enterprise Edition. It gives users access to all the modules and features within the local area network (LAN) and from anywhere with internet access to the onsite database.
Web App
The Web App has various functions available across the Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition.

Because everything is web-based, you can check your account balances, view your transaction history, loan eligibility, and benefit claim eligibility from your mobile phone or any other device that's connected to the internet.
Generate, save or print/email statements, reports, or receipts
No matter where you are in the world, you can generate your account statements, receipts, or reports directly from the system. Save, print, or email these documents from the tap of your fingertip!
Streamlined payments process
Members have access to a flexible accounts structure and can choose between one account or multiple accounts, including shares, subscriptions, loans, savings, and term deposits.
Retirement bonuses get calculated for each member through the online system.
The online system is streamlined, where payments get processed online and paid directly into the member's bank account, MPaisa, MyCash, or collected as a personal cheque straight from the system.
Dividends get paid annually, and payments are automated.
You can import in bulk and auto distribute deductions from the payroll batch file. In 10–20 seconds, the Payroll Schedule Import facility may process a file with thousands of data. The validation of the Member ID/Code, the distribution, and allocation of the funds according to the members' allocation plan are all part of this process. Unregistered members will be placed in a clearing account to be verified further.

Seamless integration with a third-party accounting package
The General Ledger Integration facility extracts and generates an interface file that may be imported by a third-party accounting package (such as MYOB) to update General Ledger, avoiding double-posting.
